Ebola Breakthrough?

Reported by Health Editor, James Gallagher, the "Ebola vaccine is 'potential game-changer'"

It states that:

This trial centred on the VSV-EBOV vaccine, which was started by the Public Health Agency of Canada and then developed by the pharmaceutical company Merck.

And even argue that:

There is caution as the results are still preliminary, with more data coming in.
But officials at the WHO believe the effectiveness of the vaccine will end up being between 75% and 100%.

Ebola - How do we know when Ebola has 'ended'?


Some are asking "Will Ebola ever 'end'?"

However, others would argue that "How do we declare Ebola has ended?"  a more valid question...

So how exactly do we do that? The WHO (World Health Organisation) have tweeted some neat information!
